Receita Panacota Brasileiríssima ( 6 unidades)

500 ml de creme de leite

100 ml de leite

4 colheres de sopa de açúcar

6 g de gelatina

50 ml de água para hidratar a gelatina

4 colheres de Goiabada Cremosa Olé

100 ml de água quente

Folhas de hortelã para enfeitar

 

Modo de preparo:

Aqueça o leite juntamente com o creme de leite e o açúcar. Em seguida, despeje a gelatina já hidratada e mexa tudo muito bem.

Divida a mistura em mini porções e leve-as à geladeira por, no mínimo, 6 horas.

À parte, dissolva a goiabada cremosa com água e aqueça-a por 15 segundos no microondas.

Desenforme a panacota e, sobre ela, despeje a goiabada cremosa já preparada.

Enfeite as porções com folhas de hortelã.
